The 2024 All-Star Season has officially begun with District level tournaments beginning today! Watch our social media for game schedule updates and results for each of our competing teams.
For Orangecrest Little League, we are hosting 4 District Level Tournaments at Orange Terrace Park (Senior, Major, 9/10/11, and Little League 10/11/12s) starting Monday, June 17th - and WE NEED YOUR HELP! Each tournament game needs multiple volunteers to help run the games. These are very fun games to work and have lots of teamwork and collaboration. There is a Board Member assigned to each game to help, as needed. Plus, volunteers get a free volunteer meal, with beverages from our Snack Bar and a prime seat to watch the games!
Roles we need help with:
- Announcer - read opening game scripts, announce players & score updates during the game
- Score keeper - keep paper score book
- Pitch counter - track pitch counts, complete pitcher eligibility log
- Field Prep - help chalk the baselines & batter's boxes for games
This is a very exciting way to support your league and we need your help! We have set up a site to view and sign up for volunteer shifts. There is a separate link for each tournament, and you can select the specific date and game time you want to help with.
