First Document Review

Please review the Little League Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Checklist.

You must bring proof of residency from EACH OF THE THREE GROUPS
or provide the required school attendance documentation.
Please make sure proof residency documents are dated between February 1, 2023 and February 1, 2024.

Please note: Western Municipal Water District bills may only be used for a utility bill (group 3).

In addition, you must bring an ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE (which is immediately returned to you).
