Little League Volunteer Application
All volunteers (Managers, Coaches, Team Parents, Scorekeepers and Umpires) are required to complete a Little League Volunteer Application each year.
The Volunteer application must be submitted to the Safety Officer BEFORE you begin volunteer activities (including any practices or team meetings).
Please click on the link below and complete the application, (please be sure to include your ss#) print and sign it. Email all completed applications along with a copy of your driver's license to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also bring the completed application to one our document verification dates.
The volunteer application is required by Little League International. If you were a registered volunteer for OCLL in 2016, then you may use the Returning Volunteer Application. All others should use the New Volunteer Application.
Additionally, California State Law requires that all youth coaches complete a 1 hour training on concussions, called HEADS UP to Youth Sports. ALL Coaches must provide a certificate of completion to the Safety Officer. Click link below for more details.
